There are many ways to order from Blitz UK. Online here, simply locate the products you require, insert quantity required , then click add to basket and either continue to our secure checkout, or click continue shopping to add more items.

Discounts
From time to time we may offer discount codes. If you qualify please insert your code and your discount will be checked and applied manually by our staff, when we despatch your items.
Second delivery address
If paying by credit card. We will only deliver to the registered cardholders address, this is the address on your card statement. We will only deliver to a secondary address if you are a regular customer*.
*Please fill out the order form with your cardholders address and add your delivery address to the comments section at the bottom of the order. Our sales staff will check your history and manually enter your delivery details. If it is not possible to deliver to the cardholders address, we may ask you for an alternative means of payment. The above rulings are applied to combat fraud.
Delivery
We use various methods of delivery and can deliver any item worldwide. Delivery charges will be applied at checkout. For worldwide sales, please complete your sales order and click “Rest of World” on the shipping options tab. A member of staff will contact you to discuss delivery options before we charge you and make your order final.
Vat
Vat is a value added tax imposed by the British Government. The current rate is 17.5% It is applied to all sales in the UK and also all qualifying EU countries. Trade sales to the EU may be exempt from paying UK vat if the purchaser has a valid vat number
• The validity of any given vat number will be checked with the vat office.
• The payment must come from this company.
• The goods will be delivered to this company.
Export sales
Export sales are very welcome, They already make a large proportion of our sales and are staff are experienced in handling worldwide orders.
Accepted payments from overseas customers.
Credit card payments are only accepted from regular customers at our descretion. Bank Transfer is the preferred option of payment.
Import Taxes
Our delivery quotations are for delivery and do not cover any customs or import taxes or duties, Please contact your local customs office for details of these charges. For Legal and Insurance purposes we will not artificially reduce the value of any goods.
Vat
Vat is not applicable to most worldwide countries. If goods are supplied vat free, they must be exported to that country.
Special order items.
We endeavour to hold as much stock as possible but some items may be special order only. Special order items require payment in advance of us ordering the items and are non returnable.
What if my order is not in stock?
If an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you with an estimated time of arrival. You can then decide whether the item is still required or cancel the order with no obligation. If the item is a normal stock item, we will not charge you anything until it’s ready for despatch.
Warranties
Warranties only apply to UK supplied products purchased through our authorised dealer network. All new Blitz items carry 1year manufacturers warranty against manufacturer defects. Blitz product warranty is void if the item has been modified without permission. Blitz product warranty is void if the product is used for competition. Blitz product warranty is void if the product has been incorrectly installed. Blitz product warranty is only valid to the original purchaser. Blitz product warranty is limited to the purchase price of the item and does not cover any consequential loss or fitting expenses. Please see our terms and conditions for exact warranty details.
Returns
Please contact for a returns number before returning any items. We will not accept a product return, unless a returns number has been issued. Under warranty If the product is still under warranty we will bear the costs of collection and return of a replacement. Please contact us first for a returns number and details of our collection service.
Re-stocking fees
If the item is not under warranty, we may at our discretion accept a return subject to a re-stocking fee. The re-stocking fee varies, please contact us for details.

Fraud
All cases of attempted fraud will be dealt with immediately and reported to the police and relevant banking authorities.

Please remember all Blitz products bought from us or through an authorized “Blitz UK Dealer” are genuine and come with full “Blitz Japan” back up and 1 year warranty.
Where necessary, products will also be supplied with English instructions.
