The superbly designed Blitz intercoolers have been finely engineered to maximise cooling efficiency, minimise pressure drop, and reduce the chance of detonation.
The pipe work supplied with the kit is mandrel bent to reduce intake resistance; this process also ensures that the diameter of the pipe work is not reduced where it curves. This results in maximum cooling capacity and efficiency whilst allowing for minimal pressure drop.
CS stands for Chemical Shine, a process of chemicall treatment which is applied to the intercooler core to produce a durable shine.
Blitz CS intercoolers are supplied as a kit with all the necessary pipework and bracketry needed to fit them
